Animus AI software products are designed for offline, air-gapped, and classified network deployment. You are solely responsible for the security of your deployment environment, the integrity of data you process with our software, and compliance with any regulatory requirements applicable to your use case (including FISMA, HIPAA, NISPOM, and DFARS).
OUR WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific compliance requirements. POAMForge AI™ generates automated compliance documentation to assist your team — final compliance determinations remain the responsibility of your qualified personnel.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANIMUS AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE SOFTWARE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Our software products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and will not export or re-export our products to prohibited destinations or persons.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Animus AI LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
